EMC's latest storage products analysed
The Register has a break-down of EMC's latest offerings, which might be useful those of you looking to upgrade your storage products. While the kit itself is interesting, it's also worth checking out the analysis of the EMC's broader strategy.
The conclusion is that companies should be able to squeeze more performance into the same space in their data centre, and also cut power costs. As we reported last week, power is becoming a crucial issue for IT managers today, especially in the data centre.
