Is there no way we can calm these people down? We've got nutters trying to make every scrap of everyone's private data available on a whim to anyone with a pen and civil service pension. More of them slavering over the idea tracking every car the moment it hits the road and just to twist the knife, making us pay £200 per vehicle for honour. I'm not sure our old banger is even worth £200. We've got radio transmitters with unique IDs in passports.
If I wasn't already paranoid before, I would be by now anyway!
