As I reflect in my journal upon the previous parts, I disclose to the Charitable Endowment Council, or CEC, a a third disclosure of how I funded with $400,000 USD the Global Peace Filme Festival, Inc. Charity as one of my Foundation's Charities. It sets the standard of professionalism for all other charities at www.peacefilmfest.org.

I, Mr. Abdul Taw’ala Ibn Ali Alishtari would like to discuss how IDPixie Global will use the DC Foundation Charities to open new markets legally and globally by offering our system to them through the pearl network for collection and other legal distribution.

One of the many Charities is the Global Peace Film Festival, Inc., GPFF. The GPFF is presently doing business in the USA, Japan, Israel and Jordan. met with the Koreans 12/14 and the Chinese and Cyprians have approached the GPFF for a peace festival too.

If anyone doesn’t support peace and domestic tranquility as I do, see it as an Olympic level, public relations branding that each nation is led to do since every other nation is going to be doing it, save possibly the UK due to its at war status. However, the UK can join it and allow a peace festival if a prominent local sponsors it focusing on 2007 being an aniversary for the end of UK offical slavery due to the UK Manumission, or stop slavery movement.

It is going to cost G8 nations about $800,000-$1,600,000 USD locally to do each festival and paying the GPFF International Sponsoring Committee about $250,000 USD or more a year.

Of that a small amount will go to the development of interfaces to a global ID theft protection global debit card as a ticket system for the local charity interfaced with their postal system and/or central bank. Therefore, IDPixie LLC products are introduced as a safe collection sytem for Charities.

It is impossible to say how important this is save to say post offices verify ID and debit cards, checking accounts, is not banking unless credit is involved. Therefore, global proliferation comes into each nation in the form of a charitable group that makes the government money while providing their citizens the most secure ID theft protection physical possible in this universe.

This is as opposed to it costing these governments lots of start up money or forcing all their banks to comply. Eacj nation then will have in its license the right to license it through their central bank for even more money to the nations.

In nations that cannot sponsor a local franchise Global Peace Film Festival Inc. other bi-annual regional festivals will be held at their resorts to build their tourism. I also got U. S. of A. global trademark on the name, Global Peace Film Festival, so no one else can use the exclusive name.

Affiliated Charities that want might sponsor peace, or peace festivals, as national sponsors, through IDPixie LLC's global pearl network. This give these respective charities, if they chose to act, a right to share fees with IDPixie Global LTD ID theft systems in those nations central banks or postal banks that may be licensed by IDPixie Global LTD.

I have no desire to go back in history for any reason however a Charity may act as a peace agent to license any unsigned central bank as part of our global peace program to use IDPixie theft protection as long as the Federal Charities follow guidelines to own and use wholey owned Federal LLC’s to contract normal business.

The Foundation using the system originally set for a global EDI will buy an insurance company. That surety will finally do the flat trade risk insurance writings on IDPixie LLC fungible products, businesses and real equipment.

This risk company that might be based either in Bermuda, in Egypt or in Barbados would be self-financed and self-capitalized by the Foundation into an AAA AM Best rated single line business risk insurer. It must link to Lloyds of London for normal insurance handling and oversight.

This future offshore insurance company will seek to employ both Ms Swite and Mr. Abdi to audit the Foundations giving to Charities and other endowment gifting. These persons might accept the employ of that seperate entity since they still won’t be legally working for IDPixie LLC like they have not in the past. The single line risk surety entity will be owned as a LLC by IDPixie LLC’s Foundation that exclusively does related risk insurance under an EDI constitution

The ID theft protection network built by IDPixie LLC and licensed by IDPixie Global LTD from the GCC region will grow alongside with its charities.

What I learned from the past 5 years is good intent alone does not stop evil. This is a worm war and war to the finish to protect cash or let the bad guys have sway.

We must fight evil, in the streets, in the hallways, in our quiet places, in our businesses and in our hearts. We must organize to fights evil and its spread everywhere. Transforming a guild of past consultants into insurance investigators is a start to this process.

IDPixie LLC must not stop at blocking fraud. It must uncove and expose all systems of fraud establishing finally who the good guys are. IDPixie LLC must avoid collateral damage by stopping all evil that comes its way. The Charities are not my partners but they are my strategic allies going into the future.
