As I reflect in my journal upon the previous parts, I revisit Chariy Endowment Council, Charity, CEC adverse clause defaults. This is critical since adversity leads to "Stop All Funding" provisions.

I, Mr. Abdul Taw’ala Ibn Ali Alishtari, as CEO of IDPixie LLC claim my right to a corporate policy privacy. There is a difference between my being gracious, forthcoming, candid and open in general however make no mistake, corporate secrets, policies and protocols are maintained and enforced rigorously.

I did not win all those global legal litigations against various and sundry E-Gold licensees to lay down on the job now and give data to persons whose interest might contradict with corporate policy.

All communications from alleged CEC representatives or CEC Trustees demanding Company policy must cease and desist. This clarification is a legal warning since there are dire consecquences of charities not acting like charities. By email, some alleged CEC Charity beneficiaries and alleged CEC Charity Trustee(s) thereto demanded more IDPixie LLC policy than IDPixie is willing to put into the public doman. This demand for data breaches CEC Charity affidavit particulars.

Please "Cease and Desist" these acts right now.

CEC Charity trustee(s) and or CEC Charity beneficiaries who refer to “any investment language” relating to IDPixie LLC are 100% in error. The mere statement is a chimera, animal with no reality in fact, and it is a legal breach of affidavit''s adverse clause.

The said affidavit states what a related Charity and/or CEC Charity trustee(s) may address as true with false statements being taken as adverse for action by IDPixie LLC to stop endowing that Charity through its Foundation.

The said affidavit forgives and settles all Bahamian claims by setting up said Charities. The use of for profit language is a fiction, lie, libel, slander and must cease and desist immediately.

An affidavit breach will defund any faulted Charity without a loss of IDPixie LLC protection. IDPixie LLC will defund each affidavit violator.

Endowed Charities have no right to demand or get IDPixie internal, board or market policy that is not in the public domain pertaining to IDPixie LLC since Charities are non-investors with no stock interest at all. A said Foundation endowment is an assignment gift for term under affidavit conditions for umbrella escrow to a Foundation. C

harities have no stake interest or partnership thereto. Even while under assignment to Foundation, all stock belongs to IDPixie LLC. It is never legally transferred to Charities only assigned for term through Foundation that is a holding company.

Furthermore, the NYS “Rockefeller” trust endowment provision in the affidavit de-funds Charities at any time they become adverse to IDPixie LLC, my family or to me, Mr. Abdul Tawala Alishtari.

IDPixie LLC reports made by myself are statements of fact. They would not be published if they were not true, with documentation, Public notices alert of public record, for public relations and archival reasons.

Whatever is published hereto is not for investors. No advice for investment is given via the Internet ever by me, Mr. Abdul Tawala Alishtari, now or in the past.

I protect IDPixie LLC policy and blog to avoid wild speculation that might hurt the IDPixie LLC through ignorance.

I segregated the Charities after my lawyers said policy leaks to outsiders corrupts markets. The best secret is not shared with any outsiders. Charities are legally outsiders. They have no right to inside policy ever, if IDPixie LLC deems it is confidential.

Charities have enough to do proving proper beneficial authority and only legal entities do not run or own them. Charities demanding IDPixie LLC policy is a frivolous and possibly an adverse breach of affidavit.

As regards IDPixie LLC plans to litigate patents, don’t ask. Charities are banned from demanding any IDPixie LLC policy. All policy is published after the fact. IDPixie LLC frowns upon leaking what it should, would or could do to those unrelated to IDPixie LLC's board.
