The other day my kids asked me what was the IDPixie LLC’s giving plan. They wanted to know why I support charities like Global Peace Film Festival, Inc. instead of, say, Habitat for Humanity. They asked why support peace, as to their young eyes; nothing ever changes. I thought it over before saying I would, soon, blog my answer in a short dissertation. This is what I wrote them...

My family integrity is known for doing good acts charitably. Even my worst enemies cannot say that libraries for children, a roof for people without any or various scholarships are good works. Giving is compassionate to help the unfortunate. Ethics is true commitment to change things for mankind. We are blessed with resources to help others. Charity and giving must precede profit to have integrity. This is why I endow a Foundation now with 10% net profits before IDPixie LLC profits arrive. We lock it in if and before we go public. I am serious about charitable giving and no one in the world can challenge our family charitableness. In fact, all the controversy and attacks have only increased my need to give my kids a clean name that has not had a smear on it, legally or morally, for a thousand years. They are after all tribal princes who have to hold their heads up both here and in the East where our ancestors are from. To us tribal peoples, honor means more than wealth and fame.

Mr. John Newton was a slave ship captain. His diaries largely define the Western slave trade. In his hand, he admits to crimes against women and children while comparing himself in atheism to Napoleon. He cursed God’s hurricane until the wind broke his mast and rudder. Broken in spirit, he floated rudderless upon the seas until his ship arrived in Jamaica, West Indies. After that, he became an Anglican minister fighting British Imperial slavery in a movement called Manumission. He won but before he did he put his thoughts down in a poem called “Amazing Grace.” 2007 is Great Britain’s anniversary to ending chattel slavery and it is an anniversary to Amazing Grace.

The great Mahatma Gandhi and the Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. both changed two great societies. The Mahatma ended British neo-colonial enslavement of many nations within a generation by sacrificing his privileged status and comfort as a lawyer. Dr. King told his followers to pray like the Mahatma to forgive oppressors before ending American apartheid. Mother Theresa was a nun who refused to let people die homeless without dignity. She fed the hungry. She housed the homeless. She nurtured orphans. Muslims, Christians and Hindus consider Mother Theresa a saint. They believe in giving and we honor them not as hypocrites or liars.

Over 30 years ago, a fire destroyed my home and clothes. I was living in a rental flat on a budget. I left a job interview and met a Vietnam Veteran. He asked me for $5.00 USD to get to an interview. I looked him in the eye and gulped. I opened my wallet and gave him my last $5.00 USD bill for my lunch and fare home. This is before ATMs. The Vet chased me down saying he saw a look in my eyes as I gave the cash and he was scamming me for beer. I said, “I gave it to you and now its between you and God.” Then, I walked 130 NYC blocks. This distance was 14 miles. Thank God, it wasn’t raining. I went to my mum’s house for a snack since she was closer.

When I walked into my mum’s door, she said, “Praise God, someone has been looking for you for a management position. They will close it tomorrow if you don’t go there now.” I went and got the job that I would not have gotten it had I not gone to mum’s. This was before cell phones. If I had gone home, I would have fallen into sleep without thinking to listen to messages.

In Spring 2003, I incorporated the Global Peace Film Festival, Inc., GPFF. I had over $7 millions USD in banks however a now admitted Canadian felon and his cronies worked with pirate banks to seize my cash, his agents infiltrated my subsidiary, GlobalProtector.Net, Inc., and his agents admitted in affidavits to having forged letterhead and ID to set me up for securities’ fraud, as their prime subcontractor admitted in 2004 memoranda to drain me of liquid assets in a dump and run scam trying to force me to sell to them. Then failing to do that they decided to poison my name.

By fall 2003, ID theft grew madly, yet my silver lining was a patent granted July 22, 2003 to EDI Secure LLLP now owned by IDPixie LLC. US 6,598.031 B1 to Mr. Jeffrey Ice, Inventor, for "APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ROUTING ENCRYPTED TRANSACTION CARD IDENTIFYING DATA THROUGH A PUBLIC TELEPHONE NETWORK" i.e. Internet, phones or any electronic medium in the U. S. of A.

By December 2004, I sold homes, cars, penthouses, and offices while winning two court cases against pirate banks. I gave $400,000.00 USD to the GPFF and to Ms. Nina Streich who was my political opposite and a Jewish Liberal Democrat ex-NYC Film Commissioner. She was the great hire for the now global Peace Film Festival franchise system. My critics ridiculed my name, for being a conservative Republican Muslim who is for peace and not hating. Crooks only see evil in others. My first CFO, an ex-nun, said, “To believers, no proof is needed and to all who have no faith no proof is enough.” War violating Scripture is wrong. Now, the world is where I stood alone seeking global peace. The name Alishtari means “The Fair Trader” in Qur’anic Arabic.

My Foundation is endowed with 10% of IDPixie LLC net income. Although, IDPixie LLC US profits are shown at $0.25 cents per swipe, based on network charges charging this goes up. Multiplying $0.25 cents times the total number of U. S. of A. card swipes of roughly 4 trillion swipes is $1 trillion USD. I reduce this by 75% since total market is mathematically impossible and that is more realistic at first. I have found a “secret” way, which I have, to get into all households by wholesale serving and not displacing Visa, MasterCard and American Express. I then cut this into half again, so that profit is only $125 billion USD minus 60% for overhead expansion and other stuff nets $50 billion profit and 10% of the remainder would be $5 billion USD. This will make my Foundation possibly the 4th largest US charity but in future years the biggest Foundation in the world.

The GPFF will get ½% net profit pass through my Foundation and a group called Charity Endowment Council, CEC, will audit equal split to a number of Charities of 1% net profit endowment for 20 years. These leaves 8½% net profits endowed to the Foundation. The Foundation’s two Washington DC LLC corporations split 4% equitably.

The first Foundation LLC for profit wholly owned subsidiary is a single line risk insurance company “name withheld”. Its assets will earn it an AM Best rating A+ to insure devices IDPixie leases to consumers. Its funding is 2% of IDPixie’s net profits pass through endowment. This equipment insurance backs IDPixie LLC equipment in marketplace. It will also do other fire and risk insurance programs done under an EDI Constitution. Those will be conformed under ICC publishing number 458 rules of UNIFORM RULES FOR DEMAND GUARANTEES, “URDG”.

The second Foundation LLC for profit wholly owned subsidiary is a public investment capital treasury corporation, “name withheld”. Its funding is 2% of IDPixie’s net profits pass through endowment. It will use its assets to self-insure by guaranteeing vend leasing company floor to store or door and/or backing factoring debt to get product to the IDPixie LLC consumer marketplace. By floating a second lien for $1 USD behind lease product, this capital corporation buys out consumer debt in a way that handles per constitution, which keeps even defaulted debt viable in marketplace. The Foundation LLC Treasury assets will be GLD.

Still, the business of a family charity is giving. Thus, ½% of net profit is the overhead of the Foundation but this also includes Full Ride Scholarships to the Doctoral Level for all employees and dependents of employees of IDPixie LLC, its charities, all owned companies or all partly owned contractors. Full Ride Scholars get full room and board to any college they are accepted into during the lifetime of the employee or employee’s dependent after. All ex-employees, who are vested in good standing with IDPixie LLC charities, companies or partly owned contractors, retain these rights for life. It takes three years to vest an employee in this program. Good Standing means the employee wasn’t terminated for cause or violated no laws while employed.

Plus, 2% goes to a Foundation Scholar/ Fellow/Award program for exceptional young people. Foundation will build or buy residences in the major capitals of the world with penthouses residences with lower floors rented to related school faculty or others. It will also buy homes for Scholar teachers in various areas. Scholars earn a Full Ride Scholarships to school of their choice that accepts them with a stipend of $50,000.00 USD a year to stabilize families until Scholars reaches doctoral level. Scholars may qualify for Foundation Fellowship above Doctoral Level for 10 years floating at top industry salary and that floats with the Foundation Fellow, or “FF”, to whatever job in industry they work. A FF might want to follow a muse and all a FF has to do is find a company to contribute labor and payroll will float there to pay for FF per discretion. Lastly, there will be the Foundation Prize for 100 Prize Winner, “PW”, for a period of 15 years. This takes aspects of the Nobel Prize joining to aspects of the McArthur “Genius” Award program funding a PW with a million or more/year split 50/50 for salary and staff with offices for 15 years.

Finally, 2% goes to the Hospital/University, “HU”, that has separate scholarships for medical persons from indigenous areas where there is low or no health care for children. An area qualifies if its infant mortality rate is close to 50%. This funds a global HU system focusing first upon healing but also including other schools of science and socio-economics related to local needs for ethical and civilly conscious scholars. Each HU uses state of the art science, as it grows its own herbs for medicine and other essentials. Part of each HU will be dedicated to pharmacology, ecology and agricultural science since these schools must be self-sufficient and not be a drain on local resources. The HU must contribute to the local economy. It will employ nurses, midwives, educators, emergency medical security personnel, doctors and students. It will house local orphans and widows in residences. It is designed to survive flood, earthquake and all foreseeable disasters as places of safety until whatever national security crisis is over. These HU’s will be ergonomic and human scaled for facility. These charities are the Alishtari legacy to all humanity.
