I know Mr. Singh, “Buffy”, as the CTO of Rising Star Telecommunications, Inc., or RSTI. RSTI was a company I incorporated in 1994 to act as sole source construction supervisor for EDI land area networks and hi-tech ID theft protection solution platforms. As CEO of IDPixie LLC and its predecessor companies, I vouch for Buffy’s professionalism and integrity. If Buffy had not brought every deal in far under budget, as I needed extra cash, I might not have had it when needed. I rewarded him with a gift of a BMW Mini-Cooper after he left employ.
IDPixie LLC bought EDI Secure LLLP in January 2006. In 2003 for EDI Secure LLLP, Buffy oversaw building two offices for a land area network CPU’s for several offices in Florida. This acted as servers for financial transfers, telecommunication remote monitoring and ID theft protection (patent) interface with links to Visa.
EDI Secure LLP bought GlobalProtector.Net, Inc. in September of 2004. Prior to 2004, Buffy for GlobalProtector.Net, Inc. (which was originally incorporated as Foreign Office of FEDI, Inc. in 2000) had built several video TV stations in Florida and two domestic electronic data interchanges in Orlando, Florida. In addition, Buffy built a world-class television for GPNNE, Inc., a subsidiary, in 2003. This was fully operational in Orlando Florida in 2003 and the TV studio was sold after spinning off from my corpus that Fall.
For Capital Performance International, Inc. of Bahamas and later Tortola BVI, Buffy oversaw all aspects in architectural and platform construction, including advising royal UAE EDI facilitators for an Electronic Data Interchange built in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates in 1999-2000 with a back up in Canada, in 1999 as well as in The Bahamas using International Chamber of Commerce EDI guidelines from the EDI Association in the UK. These facilities were fully able to integrate my ID theft protection patents for IDPixie LLC products. When The Bahamas gave us a short time to dismantle the facility and bring it back to Florida, Buffy got the job done.
Why did I pick Buffy and why do I refer Buffy. Buffy worked for several U. S. of A. top-secret systems. That was his best reference to me that he knew global communication systems. He has twice the degrees needed since he found the U. S. of A. did not accept his degree in electronics engineering from Trinidad and Tobago. So, Buffy went and redid his degree. Buffy has great breath of skills of communication’s and financial systems.
Buffy was Chief Engineer of a Blue Ribbon university, Valencia U. The U. S. of A. President awarded a Blue Ribbon for School Excellence to Valencia U. for its video telecommunication’s studio for long distance learning as the prototype for what is now a standard. Buffy is a top consultant for IDPixie LLC since he has top U. S. of A. security clearance and with all my related contractors. What I like about Buffy is his integrity and work ethic.
