Yes, even with Hyper-V supporting SUSE Linux 10 SP1. Its not easy to get it running with the desired performance. You might want to check the following article which show the length process of setting up SUSE Linux 10 SP1 on Hyper-V with IC & Xen Kernel. Its a good idea to look at the above article if you are planning to go with the Hyper-V solution and you have many Linux servers to virtualize.
