Desperate Skype Users Begging for Help on Skype Journal
The recent "conversion" (mangling) of the Skype User Forum has had the effect that I expected (and very likely the effect that Skype intended). Skype users desperate for help, already with NO Customer Support from Skype, are now finding it impossible to navigate or understand the "Skype Community", which until last week had been the last resort in trying to get help with the multitude of Skype problems. So, the volume of postings on the "Community" has dropped dramatically, and Skype users are now posting desperate pleas for help in the "Comment River" of the "independent" Skype Journal. Take a look for yourself (Skype Journal ), and see how sad it seems. Is this the way a company that loves to brag about their "300 million users" should be treating those users?
