Skype what a total waste of time and money.

This is a total and utter disgrace for a company who is earning millions of pounds a year and does not seem to care one cent about it's customers.

LET US UNITE AND SUE SKYPE (DRAG THEM TO COURT)

Posted by a1gjv

There is a lot of shouting and stamping of feet on the Skype Forum of late "LET US UNITE AND SUE SKYPE (DRAG THEM TO COURT)" but I don't see any action being taken on this, I wonder why. REMENBER ACTIONS TALK LOUDER THAT WORDS, Is it because they are to scared or have not got the money for such a legal action.

I do not use any paid services because of all the payment problems over 144 pages of them now, does that not tell you something about Skype, yes of course it does, they could not care less about there paying customers or any of the other people that use the free part of Skype.

Since the new CEO Josh Silverman took over control what has improved as far as I can tell NOTHING and as for his so call interview four week after he became CEO what a sham that was , I ask you how can you have an unbiased interview when you are being question by Skype's very own PR department. It would appear that Mr Silverman has not got the courage of his convictions to stand up come out and face the people who help to pay his vast salary each week.

I really wish that these people who keep shouting about taking a CLASS ACTION against Skype would do it because that is what is needed to get it into their heads that you don't play with customers money, you either give them what they have paid for, a full refund or get out of the business of provided paid VoIP service. Well all I can say is you must be one of the lucky ones because you only have to look at the Payment & Billing section part of the forum to see the very large number of problems that their paying customers are having either trying to get their account unblocked which was blocked by Skype through no fault on there part ot even trying to purchase Skype credit by some means, thats why these people are complaining that they have paid for a service that they are NOT receiving.

Come on, Skype has 300 million users. So even if 0.001% of those has a problem, that would be enough to fill any forum with complaints. Skype needs to sort out every last one of them but for the most part, I think they are doing a wonderful job.

Well as I said in my reply to you first post you must be one of the lucky ones and I am very happy for you and have saved all that money. I would assume you do not use Skypeout when travelling away from you home country therefore not experienced the many problem that people who do have had with their Skype out service.

The comment made on my original blog are being made in the most part by the people who made the original Skype Forum post therefore I would assume you have read it and can understand there plight. In the main I agree with there comments they are paying good money for a service which they are NOT getting in the most part.

There must be something wrong with the payment system somewhere when you have over 150 pages on the Billing & Payment section dedicated to "MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED WHY"
