Skype what a total waste of time and money.

This is a total and utter disgrace for a company who is earning millions of pounds a year and does not seem to care one cent about it's customers.

Google Alerts for Skype

Posted by a1gjv

I am one of the many hundreds of thousands who subscribe to Google Alerts for Skype and there is not a day goes by without an announcement that Skype has bought out this new gadget or it now works with this new system and I am sick to death of being told what has been done when there are plenty of thing related to Skype that they have not given a thought to, for instance.

When are we going to hear that Skype have fixed there Payment System which it a total disgrace. When are we going to hear that Skype have FIXED the freezing picture problem.

When are we going to get a proper support system instead of just automated email as has been pointed out on here many times.

When are we going to get a help forum that people can use and understand instead of being a total jumble as it is now because there is no clear indication as to where people should post there questions

It is about time that there new CEO got Skype's house in order or else move on because of far I cannot see one visible improvement within the Skype network. I wish I had a job where I could sit back and earn what could well be a 5 figure salary for doing nothing, what a happy man I would be.

Skype is now one very big joke with the VoIP industry and they have no one to blame but themselves.
