SIM-only sales on the up
Mobile Today reports that SIM-only sales have increased 65 percent this year.
This is a market that will continue to grow for some time, especially as 3G-enabled mini-laptops like the Acer Aspire One become more popular. These devices will also be sold through operators as part of a contract bundle, but being able to simply get a SIM card and bung it into your own laptop will be a very attractive option.
