The Spotlight turns to notebooks - Apple event is on next tuesday
So it's on - the invites are out and the flyer for event is the title of this blog- so look for a whole refresh/ resign of the notebook range new MacBook MacBook Pro and MacBook airs. Analysts are pointing to price drops across the line with the MacBook easily coming in under £500.
With all the buzz centered around the possible brick aluminum manufacturing process perhaps there may be a whole new line of touchscreen tablets too ?
Who wants more ports on their Macbook Air and a big processing boost please for the slim jim of apple. Anyway see you tuesday for the RIP on the era of white plastic at Apple...

Would be nice if they squeezed in an optical drive on the air, very nice.
Do you think they'll do it?
I really doubt it Roger, Apple are always so stubborn and to be fair they do make a side connecting module and as a suer I have never found I have needed the optical drive - one more USB and perhaps built in wireless 3g modem now that would be cooking
