Gizmo5 Offers Free Conference Calling

Posted by J.A. Watson

Gizmo5 is offering their users free access to conference calls for up to ten participants. No tricks, no strings, you just request a conference room number, and then give that number to the others whom you want to participate in the call. Participants can call from Gizmo, in which case the call is free, or they can call from any land line or mobile phone, in which case I assume normal toll dialing charges apply.

This is an excellent service offered by Gizmo. Business users should see the benefits immediately - conference calls with co-workers and customers are only the most obvious examples. Private users can have family get-togethers, clubs, groups, old friends...

Details and instructions can be found on the Gizmo5 Conference web page. Really good stuff!
