More Microsoft mobile rumours abound
If all the rumours about Microsoft's announcements at Mobile World Congress next week are true, Redmond will be:
1) Announcing Windows Mobile 6.5
2) Announcing its own smartphone
3) Announcing My Phone / Sky Box, an online storage system
4) Announcing a Windows Mobile app store
Actually, may I make a correction to 1) and 4). According to Digitimes, Microsoft will be changing the name of Windows Mobile to... Windows. Just... Windows phones. Because that obviously won't confuse newbies, and will obviously turn the ageing, uncool mobile operating system into a winner.
