xG, xG, xG - silence is not good in a phone company
The curious business of xG Technology is getting curiouser and curiouser. The Floridian miracle VoIP company's been silent since the new year, despite having promised that all sorts of things would have happened by now - but there's been no sighting of working hardware, no hints of test results, no deployments, nothing.
Nothing? Not exactly. Out there on the wild Internets, anonymous people have been posting uncheckable accusations of an intensely libellous yet oddly detailed nature. Names have been named. Modus operandis have been, er, modus operandi'd. There are phone numbers. Dates. That sort of thing.
You'll forgive me, I hope, if I don't repeat any of those here, nor give the slightest hint where they are to be found, nor what they say. But found they can be, and I'm sure that investors, regulators, critics and employees of xG will have found them.
Definitely time for xG to do the decent thing, and show something working. This silent approach, after so many years of broken promises, is doing it no good whatsoever - and the scandalous critics are finding plenty of space to shout into.
