Geany-arse colour chooser

A terrible pun, I know. But I couldn't hold back from waxing lyrical about the Geany text editor and its fantastic Colour Chooser (screengrab below).

It's such a neat little IDE, and despite the allure of gedit and it's support for SuperCollider, I still use Geany for the vast majority of my text editing.

The only buggle that I have is that sometimes, when editing text files using GNOME's SFTP desktop support, Geany takes aaaaaagggggeeesss to work. I've only come across this minor niggle with DreamHost, and it's so minor that I can't quite bear to raise a support ticket…
