Notepad++!! Rocks!!

Posted by Jake Rayson

Back on the crusty Windows XP and my favourite part is using Notepad++, my most favourite text editor on Windows, ever, official. It rocks. Not only does it rock, it floats my boat. Simultaneously.

And the most favourite part of the favourite part is seeing what new features are in the latest release of Notepad++.

A few months ago it was column select and matching tag highlighting. In the latest incarnation, there is a faint yellow marker that signifies which lines have changed since the last save, and faint green lines to signify the previous changes since the document was opened. Holy shmoley, that’s more whizz bang than curried baked beans!

Oops, I’ve run out of superlatives…
