IT spending still on hold in UK

Despite some positive signs of growth in the economy, British businesses and public-sector organisations are still keeping a tight hold on their cash, according to a forecast by industry analysts.

The forecast expects a fall in overall spending on IT services and software of 1.5 per cent this year, compared with last year, and identifies where organisations are making the deepest cuts.
