IDF Keynote Moore's Law Sweepstake - result!

Posted by Rupert Goodwins

The result of the 2009 IDF Keynote Moore's Law sweepstake are in. Paul Otellini mentioned Moore's Law at 9:08:14 local time, some 3:50 minutes after beginning the first keynote of the conference. THe winner is thought to have been won by Nick the Brief, but a stewards' enquiry is under way.

More - and Moore - as it happens.

Sounds like my daily commute.

There's a plumber in town named John Moore. He's quite successful and has a lot of trucks driving all over town. His slogan is: "Call John and get Moore!" I've actually gone as long as 20 minutes driving in the morning before seeing one of his trucks.

This Moore's Law is that you can not drive more than 30 minutes without seeing one of his trucks. I've never managed to get to 30 minutes yet without seeing one of his trucks.

Just in case you're suffering from cliché fatigue! HA!
