A cheap shot, I know...
While wading my way through Ofcom's rather interesting one-year-on report into Openreach, I spotted the following vital point:
"Several communications providers who had been unhappy about not having an Openreach account manager now report mangers are in place."

Carphone Warehouse buys AOL UK - but what does it mean for the users?
It'll be very interesting to see how this story plays out. There have been significant rumblings in the blogosphere over problems with migrating Talk Talk's existing customers onto unbundled platforms as it is. Will the AOL deal help or hinder? Stay tuned...
