Virgin Blogger

I am allowed (in principle) to spend £600 of faculty money on a laptop. I need wireless internet capabilities and a bit of memory but I feel anything else would be wasted on me. It's honestly just for work, so no games, video or music required. I'd appreciate help in starting up. This is also my first ever blog. How's my Blogging? 0800 blah blah.
OK maybe it's time I did a coffee run..
