Silence solves all problems...

Posted by nico5038

Looks like Experts-Exchange and Microsoft use the same method when running into trouble:

Don't react and the problem will solve itself automatically...

The Experts Exchange administrators even remove links (pointing to an expert site with a solution sample) to make sure that an expert is "silenced" and others won't be able to get to know the problem. (What happened to the Fifth amendment about freedom of speach?)

The Micorsoft Global MVP Administrator is even more blut by stating "we consider this a closed inquiry." without even showing any activity from his (her?) side.....

What's the real reason for this "keeping silent" approach when running into trouble?

In my opinion it's the incapability of the moderators/administrators to handle problems.
And by staying silent they have the idea the trouble will fade away.

Do you have this same fustrating experience ?

Let me know and perhaps you have a way how to handle these admins...
