Started with lots of mainframe development in COBOL & Adabas Natural.

Moved on to lots of Lotus Notes work as admin, developer, trainer, consultant and all-round guru.

Then fell into IT Service Management and am now ITIL Service Manager qualified, working as a senior change manager for a large financial institution.
