Professional Biography

Went to college before the IT "revolution" had really got into full swing.
Made use of college mainframe(probably) for number crunching on a teletype terminal with self taught BASIC. In 2nd year I actually got a monitor!
Never went near one again for years. Ended up in bookkeeping and as this computerised, I decided that IT was more fun than cashbooks...
Now work in IT support as part of a team in a hospital. Then I read about it all in the press. It can be interesting to see how what I know compares with what they say!
