Professional Biography
Ian Delaney worked as a teacher for ten years in Birmingham and South-East London. Having repaid his debt to society, he stumbled into technology journalism and launched What Laptop magazine for Crimson Publishing in 1999 and then ICT for Education in 2003. Working as a freelancer rekindled his love of the Internet and he started blogging about social media and Web 2.0 in 2006 at twopointouch.com. One thing led to another, and he is now editor at New Media Knowledge, a not-for-profit organisation working out of the University of Westminster that is aimed at people working in the digital economy.
