I have invented ID KEY system described on website www.xwave.co.uk in 1994 which will reduce card and cheque frauds to virtually ZERO simply by making PIN and signature systems reliable.

I hope that the government makes banks implement this honesty restoring system to protect the public and traders from becoming victims of card and cheque frauds.
