Professional Biography
Werner L. Kuhnert is Director Sales & Marketing EMEA for VidSoft Inc. and since 1994 in the market of visual communication. Mr. Kuhnert started his career 1970 at Thyssen AG as Project Manager for process automation, followed by 18 years with Digital Equipment, where his last position was Sales Director Germany with responsibility of over 500 Million USD revenue and 350 people. In addition, Mr. Kuhnert was Director of the European Business Center of Competence in Paris, with responsibilities for business process reengineering and automation. Other positions include Marketing Director of Electronic 2000 AG, Managing Director of PictureTel GmbH, VP at Deutsche PhoneSat Holding AG, Berlin, where he was in charge of Sales for global telecommunications and multimedia projects, CEO of iMETA.de AG, a subsidiary of META Group AG and CIO EMEA for META Group AG and META Group Inc. where he was responsible for EMEA-wide CRM implementations. Mr. Kuhnert has published several books and articles on Customer Orientation and received his Executive Management Training at Harvard University/USA, the INSEAD Institute in France and the IMD in Switzerland.
