Professional Biography
David Brunnen is managing director of Groupe Intellex – a business development agency that supports ‘disruptive technology’ ventures at a very early stage in preparation for large-scale investment.
He leads the CMA’s networked services forum, is a member of their regulatory college and writes for the telecoms trade press. His telecoms career spans pioneering e-mail ventures in 1980 (Telecom Gold), advanced forms of spectrally-efficient mobile broadband (iBurst/IEEE802.20) and FTTH projects for major property development projects such as Titanic Quarter, Belfast.
Other interests include Further Education, Science Communication, Climate Change technologies, new ventures in the on-line music industry and offshore sailing.
