Professional Biography
From humble beginnings in the audio/TV jungle I saw many examples of the wrong ways to do things. I thought I could do rather better.
Later, industrial control systems from the 1980s exposed me to some really excellent design - sadly disappearing now - which rather showed up my own ideas.
I still see some bad design, but usually am in the happy position of removing it to fit our control systems. I hope I have learned.
