Professional Biography

I run a technical team at an ad agency by day and by night work for a handful of Internet-related groups pressing for social and political change.

As well as being a director of mySociety Ltd and a trustee of UK Citizens’ Online Democracy, the charity that runs it, I am a member of the Advisory Council to the Open Rights Group. I also helped found FaxYourMP.com and NO2ID and used to co-ordinate Stand.org.uk.

I can usually be found wasting what I laughably call “free time” contributing to the Wikipedia projects and playing with Flickr, which might explain why I still haven’t got round to making myself a website.
