The United Nations Foundation and Vodafone Foundation Technology Partnership is a leading public-private alliance using strategic mobile technology programs to strengthen the UN’s humanitarian efforts worldwide.
Created in October 2005, with a £10 million commitment from VGF matched by £5 million from the UN Foundation, the Partnership has three core commitments:

• Mobile Health (mHealth) for Development
