Professional Biography
Currently working principally in research in the IT, telecomms and media sectors, I work for a consultancy - Basis Research - based in the West End. I have a particular interest in the realities of mobile working - which technology works and which, er... doesn't .
I try to keep up with developments in the tech sector, although I have to admit to having zero idea how it all works. My work involves talking extensively to people using or buying technology for themselves or their businesses - ranging from sophisticated users through to people just trying to keep systems running.
